Map the work zone

Mark forward travel, reversing paths, turning blind zones, loading or dumping areas and the routes where workers approach the machine. Camera and radar positions follow these risks.

Combine views and alerts

Use rugged AHD cameras for evidence, DMS for fatigue, ADAS for forward risk and BSD for side zones. Radar-camera fusion extends the usable warning distance for heavy vehicles and improves coverage in difficult weather and night conditions.

Build for the environment

Confirm power, mounting, vibration, temperature, dust, cable protection, waterproofing and night image quality on the target equipment. A paper specification cannot replace a field pilot.

Define the human response

The driver, site supervisor and control room need a clear action for every important alarm. Run the pilot long enough to review false alerts, escalation and evidence retrieval before fleet-wide rollout.
