Treat certification as a project input
A connected camera combines radio, electromagnetic and materials-compliance requirements. The required approval depends on the exact product, radio module and destination market.
YQAuto's current position
The dashcam family has CE-RED, CE-EMC and ROHS certificates on file. KC is expected in Q1 2027. The SIRIM application has been submitted and is expected in Q1 2027. Partner-factory certifications include IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, REACH, CE and ROHS; their scope is attributed to the partner factory rather than presented as product certificates.
YQAuto can also derive qualifying certificates to a customer's brand. When the product meets the applicable requirements, a new CE route normally costs more than USD 2,000 and takes about four to six weeks; a derived certificate can cost USD 600 and be completed within one week.
Build the compliance workstream
Fix the target country, exact model, radio configuration and certificate holder. Match these inputs to technical files, reports and application lead time while the sample is being validated.
