Road evidence, driver safety, passenger security and regulatory recording are different purposes. State which purpose applies and avoid collecting views that the operation does not need.
Control who can see what
Separate live view, playback, export and administration roles. Log access and give drivers or operators the notice required by the destination market and employment context.
Choose retention and hosting deliberately
Keep full video locally when possible, upload defined events and delete data according to the approved schedule. YQAuto supports local databases, AWS or Alibaba Cloud regional sites and connection to a buyer's private platform.
Validate the policy in the workflow
The sample test should prove camera purpose, user roles, event upload, retention, export and deletion—not only image quality. The accepted workflow becomes part of the deployment specification.
